Travis called to provide ETA and once here was methodical in troubleshooting our two issues. One issue was solved and the other was thoroughly checked, with no apparent source of leakage determined. Provided peace of mind that a serious issue did not appear to exist.
Since our ductless mini-split had never been serviced since its installation a decade ago, we called to have it finally cleaned out inside. Jim Stanavige arrived in the mid afternoon to tackle the job. Due to our low ceilings this was very difficult to do but he did it with aplomb. He was friendly and talkative and was wrapped up by dinner time!

Couldn't have asked for a better service experience. Now our old fireplace is as good as new! The technician took the time to explain how it worked, and we were extremely impressed by his knowledge.
