Definitely want to comment on the job Graham did providing routine maintenance on our gas stove just this afternoon. Arrived as predicted and performed his work with complete thoroughness and with an extremely high level a capability. Both his outside inspection & testing of the meter/plumbing,as well as inside inspection of the stove/firebox was fully explained & provided us several insights into our 20+ year old system that were honest, transparent & very helpful. Barron's database will clearly show we've been LONGTIME customers and worked with many different technicians over the years & we'd be delighted to have Graham back for all our service work as long as Barron is able to have him on board. DO WHATEVER U NEED TO DO TO HANG ONTO THAT GUY—HE'LL BE A GOOD REASON WE STAY BARRON CUSTOMERS!!
