Our service tech, Eric was a pro. He took the time to explain problems and potential issues. More importantly, he sought for and provided solutions. He did not oversell.
there were certain matters outside his control, but it was disappointing to learn of the failed resolution the previous Tech did not find. Eric did not disclose or suggest either the name or the failure of the previous tech, but these are my own conclusions.
It was also difficult to leave this positive review, as the website I was directed to seems to have hijacked the directions and website. That website sought only "pissed off" reviews, and this is certainly not one of those.
